Leadership
Joan founded Clearbox in 2011 with a vision to transform how property data is captured, governed, and reused across the housing finance industry. Based in St Petersburg, FL, Clearbox has grown to serve lenders, AMCs, appraisers, and data collectors nationwide.
Thomas Gomboc has spent his career at the intersection of complex technology and real business outcomes. Over the past decade, he has built and consulted on AI and technology solutions for organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies. He previously managed $100M+ in operations at an environmental tech firm, including a major North American acquisition. Thomas holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Graz University of Technology and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. Having built and operated across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the U.S., he brings a hands-on, cross-cultural approach to translating AI capabilities into practical results for non-technical audiences.
